MSBAIT receives revenues through contributions (or “premiums”) from — and pays
losses attributable to — its insured members in connection with their
participation in its property/casualty and workers’ compensation pooled group
self-insurance programs. MSBAIT also
receives other fees in connection with its endorsement of insurance
programs.
